Through The Drum

Is drum a threshold

between realms....
Many doors open 

from the inside

It is through our ear drum

that we incarnated 

and where we lastly leave

When the cosmic membrane

reverberated with sound

....all things were born

When the placenta membrane

tore.... we swam into

earthly, human life

Wrapped in a silk shroud

we shall continue our

travels through the cosmos

Other thresholds await

our drumbeats and foot steps

led by our heart beat

As we continue to die

into being....

We dance.... sing

and make love

To know we can all die without fear

lets us fully live without fear.
